Essay

Dissertation deals with the problem of psychological peculiarities of development of teachers' pedagogical capabilities of higher educational establishments. The structurally functional model of development of pedagogical capabilities has been developed; the basis of this model is prof-pedagogical and subject-pedagogical capabilities. The individual-psychological determinants of development and peculiarities of psychological structure of teacher’s pedagogical capabilities have been presented. The psychological peculiarities of teacher’s pedagogical capabilities development have been revealed. The types of functional interrelations between prof-pedagogical and subject-pedagogical capabilities, style of pedagogical activity and individually psychological properties of teachers have been determined.
