Essay

Object of research - alopecia areata. Research objective - increase of treatment efficiency of patients with various forms of alopecia areata by working out of the complex differentiated method of therapy taking into account expressiveness of clinico-morphological, biochemical and functional indicators. Research methods: the clinical; the biochemical; the morphological; the statistical; the morphometrical; rentgeno-fluorescent spectrophotometry; duplex scanning of vessels of neck and head; ophtalmoscopy. Dissertation is devoted to the problem of increase efficacy of patients' treatment with various forms of alopecia areata by the way of working out of a complex differentiated method of therapy with calculation of intensity of clinical-morphological, biochemical and functional indexes. It was determined correlation of clinical-morphological manifestations of alopecia areata, indexes of proteins peroxidation, ultrasound research of head and neck vessels and microcirculation of fundus of the eye, allowing to define a stage and a degree of severity of disease and to show expediency of use both selected diagnostic methods of research and basing of vaso- and nootropic (Oxybral), metabolic (Perphectil), and also intradermal injection of antihomotoxic preparation of Placenta compositum in complex treatment of patients with different forms of alopecia areata, that has allowed to increase efficacy of therapy in 2,4 times. Results of work are introduced in practice of dermatovenerological dispensaries of Simferopol, Yalta, Sevastopol and pathomorphological departments of city clinical hospital № 6 fast medical aids of Simferopol, applied in educational process on skin and venereal diseases department of Crimean state medical university of S.I.Georgievsky.
