Essay

Object of research - pathogenesis and treatment of psoriasis at patients with metabolic syndrome. Research objective - increase of therapy efficiency of patients with psoriasis against metabolic syndrome by correction immunological and cytocine disbalance and endothelial dysfunctions. Research methods: common clinical (analysis of complaints, anamnesis of life and disease, accompanying diseases, objective status, index PASI, intensity degrees of psoriasis and basic stages of disease, consultation of adjacent experts); immunological (research cellular and humoral immunity); biochemical (definition of hormones level of reproductive sphere, indicators of coagulational hemostasis and fibrinolysis, endothelial dysfunctions); cultural research methods of functional activity of immunocompetentive cells; statistical methods. The dissertation is devoted to improvement of treatment of patients with psoriasis on a background of a metabolic syndrome by working out of pathogenetically proved method of complex therapy on the basis of studying of pathophysiological, hormonal and immunologic changes. The further development of representation about a pathogenetic role of cytocine potential, endothelial dysfunctions, disturbances of fibrinolitic and procoagulate activity of mononuclear leucocytes and cells of endothelium vessels have received on a course and treatment of psoriasis on a background of a metabolic syndrome. The new highly effective pathogenetically proved complex method of treatment of patients with psoriasis with the metabolic disturbances, including traditional therapy is developed, appointment of a preparation of metabolic action - lipoflavon, that has allowed to raise efficacy of therapy in 2,4 times, to reduce quantity of relapses in 1,7 times and to reach a stable clinico-therapeutic remission. Results of work are introduced in practice of dermatovenerological dispensaries of Simferopol, Yalta, Sevastopol, used in educational process on chair of skin and venereal illnesses of the Crimean state medical university of S.I.Georgievsky.
