Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the mechanisms of the cardiac dysfunction under the influence of the different type of acute stroke. It is established that in the acute period of stroke are developed changes in the electrocardiogram indices in the form of the disturbances of cardiac rhythm, conductivity and repolarization, frequency and manifestation of which depends on type and localization of stroke. Are revealed the peculiarities of the damage of the central autonomic cardiovascular regulation, which consist in the general tendency the suppression of the heart rate variability and of increased sympathetic activation. Interhemispheric asymmetry and connection of these changes with the severity of the course of stroke is revealed. Changes on the electrocardiogram are accompanied by elevate in the blood of the marker of the necrosis of the myocardium of troponin І, which was statistically meant higher in the hemorrhagic stroke and the subarachnoidal hemorrhage, than in the ischemic stroke and increase depending on severity of stroke. Key words: ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, subarachnoidal hemorrhage, cardiac function, heart rate variability, troponin I.
