Shachkovs'ka L. Electoral formula as a factor of structurisation of modern Ukraine party system.

The object is the party system of modern Ukraine. The aim is to deployed the relationship of cause and effect between electoral formula and the processes of structuring of modern Ukraine party system. The methods are system-structural and system-component analysis; epistemological, social-philosophical and politological analysis; general-logical methods; the comparative, retrospective and pithy-descriptive analysis, simulation, interpolation. The party system of Ukraine is suggested to examine as aggregate linked institutional political parties, and also their associations (blocks, coalitions, etc.). The mechanism of transformation of the political parties world objects into the specified objects of the party system is exposed. The basic effects of electoral formulas are exposed; in particular, systems of absolute majority, proportional system of complete representation office, personalized proportional representation electory system. The basic stages of Ukraine party system structuring are investigated. Certainly, that before and in the first years of independence the conditions for multiparty format formation are created, in 1998-2002 the atomic system is carried out into the system of polarized pluralism, and in 2006 there is transformation of the polarized pluralism system into the system of moderate pluralism.
