Ploskyi C. Youth civic movement as factor of state building in Ukraine

The dissertation studies theoretical-methodological principles of public governance of youth civic movement development as a factor of state development in Ukraine.The features of youth participation on state building as well as essence of youth policy as governance activity have been researched; youth civic movement key features and essences as well as core trends of it development at the present stage have been characterized; the directions of implementation in Ukraine of youth participation world experience have been underlined; the directions of youth civic movement participation on education system development have been determined; the directions of public service staff renewal with participation of youth movement have been proposed; the ways of improvement of governance of youth involvement to state building on the local level have been suggested.
