Essay

The thesis presents the research that deals with general theoretical conclusions and scientific goals that are grounded on developing optimization methods for Ukraine's public policy in defining the role of the youth movement as a subject in developing and implementing public policy. Theoretical and methodological scientific papers of Ukrainian and foreign researchers in the field of developing youth movement are analyzed. Research and analysis of the source base provides an understanding process of developing and formulating public policy, including youth policy; setting up the third sector (NGOs) and youth public organizations; establishing youth institutions in civil society; nature of social movements, approaches and typing youth organizations and associations.
