Theses issue devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of inverted papilloma cervical. We prove the etiologic involvement in the development of HPV ТH types 16 and 18. There are features of the functioning of the immune system, the immune competent cells and their ability to produce various mediators. The imbalance pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines (reduced production of IL-12 and increasing the production of IL-10) shows the activation of Т-helpers type 2 and suppressed the functional activity of monocytes, which are indirectly involved in the development of cellular immune response. For the first time developed a science-based and implemented treatment inverted papilloma cervix, which provides for the use of antiviral, antiproliferative and immune-modeling therapy in combination with elektroconization depending on the indicators of immune and endocrine systems, thus achieving a clinical effect in 94.7 % of patients, reduce the frequency recurrences at 18.2%.
