Dissertation is devoted to the scientific-theoretical grounding of optimization of financial independence of Ukraine local self-government under the conditions of social transformations. In the dissertation the theoretical aspects of financial provision of local self-government are generalized. The influence of reformation of administrative-territorial system of Ukraine and interbudgetary relations on local self-government financing is studied. The peculiarities of forming and implementing of Ukraine local budgets are defined. The conception of improvement of financial provision of local self-government activity is developed.
