It is first proof of presence wide and narrow understanding of state control of business by essence and object of control. In a narrow understanding the object of state control arise the organization of business which lies in combination of factors of production which the best lead to conclusion - to get high income. It is formulated the concept of state control of business like the state control of business, like activity of authorized agencies of executive power of interdepartmental competence which lies in realization legal meaningful action as to checking conformity of actual state of regulation administrative relations with the assistance of non-subordinate administrative structures lawful instructions in combination the factor of production, ascertainment of the facts breaking of the law and taking adequate to received results measures adjusting proper legal-organizing means, which lead to take high income and guarantee following by general social interest of society.
