Subject of inquiry: Peculiarities of sulfonylurea herbicides behavior in environmental object, toxicity and hazard of sulfonylurea herbicides. Aim; toxicological-hygienically estimation and scientific grounded standard their using on grain corps. Theoretical and practical results: Peculiarities of herbicides behavior in environmental object have been detected and ecotoxicological risk has been calculated. The working environment and risk of adverse effect on operators health during application of these pesticides have been assessed. The acceptable daily intake value of prosulfuron and tritosulfuron, the following hygienic standards of these active ingredients content in working zone and atmospheric air, water, soil, grain cereals and corn have been substantiated. Analytical methods for prosulfuron detection in environmental objects and working environment, grain cereals and corn have been developed. Implementation: working data using in work of Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Environment protection Ukraine. Sphere (branch of using) medicine, ecology, agriculture.
