Essay

The thesis is devoted the current topic of decline of frequency of violations of reproductive health for the women of fertile age with alcoholic intoxication, along with measures directed on a fight against alcoholic dependence by development of complex of organizational, medical and prophylactic measures. Organizational measures are offered on a fight against alcoholism for the women of fertile age, and prophylaxis of origin at this category of women of violations of reproductive health. The complex going to the decision of problems of reproductive health of women of fertile age, with alcoholic intoxication, allows to prepare them to their future maternity. In work clinical-epidemiological researches are conducted among the women of fertile age, habitants of industrial region, and the set frequency of women with alcoholic intoxication and violations for them reproductive health: chronic inflammatory diseases of privy parts, violation of menstrual cycle, unmaturing of pregnancy. Establish of feature of microbiocenos of urogenital organs, psichoemotional state, balance of sexual hormones, state of sexual health and immunity, depending on the type of violation of reproductive health and term of the use of alcohol. Research of mechanisms of pathogenic of origin of violations of reproductive health by a laboratory analysis allowed to examine this process as a result of violations of hormonal, immunity homostatic, causally related to alcoholic intoxication. On the basis of analysis of clinical-epidemiological of information, the patogenetic grounded charts are inculcated treatments which allowed to reduce frequency of violations of reproductive health.
