Essay

The study highlights the problems of socio-cultural factors of influence on the formation and making of political decisions. The political decision is seen from structural-active perspective, which enables us to single out three components (universal system formations) in its structure: 1) social subjects (agents, actors), which 2) socially interact (subject-object relations), which is determined and mediated by 3) the system of values, norms and rules.
