The thesis are dedicated to the coverage of organization and legal aspects of the administrative and legal regulation in the field of youth policy in Ukraine in the legislation and legal doctrine has been analyzed, the concept and specific features of you policy as object of administrative and legal regulation has been defined, the elements of administrative and legal regulation in the field of youth policy in Ukraine with the detailed study of each of them has been considered. The work contains the classified analysis of foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation in the field of youth policy and the prerequisites and priorities of its borrowing in Ukraine as well as the basic directions of the further development of administrative and legal regulation in the field of youth policy in Ukraine.
