Krylov D. Improvement of mechanisms of management of the north Prichernomorye reserved territories

The dissertation generalizes and extends the scientific-methodological basis of management of the north Pricherrno-morye reserved territories, which provide their dynamic development and maintenance of landscapes and biovariety. Pre-conditions of forming and development of reserved territories were grounded and the methods of monetary evalua-tion of the land were improved. Problems of land use organization and economic insurance of reserved territories were considered. Theoretic bases of the essence such economic categories as “management” and “regulation”; “functions” and “mechanisms” of management has got the further development. Possibility of grant of the reserved territories and objects of law enforcement authorities status, that will allow to reduce the degree of abuse on the reserved territories is considered.
