Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to complex research of budgetary law as branch of financial law. In it interconnection of object and method is exposed financially legal regulation, a concept is formulated and legal nature of institute of financial law is exposed. The specific of budgetary law for Ukraine is found out as the special section (branches) of financial law, features are investigated every material and procedural institute of budgetary law. The norm of two Budgetary codes of Ukraine (one of which acting, upon the second President of Ukraine put veto) are compared to foreign experience of norm creation. Recommendations are defined and offered concerning improvement of the legal adjusting of budgetary relations in Ukraine.
