Essay

This work defines theoretical and methodological basics of state regulations of internal trade. This work contains definitions on organizational and structural blocking of authorities that regulate legal issues in above mentioned field. This work proposes solving methods to problems concerned with Law of internal trade also proposes recommendations to the ways of improvement of regulations of State Research facilities. Issues concerning compulsory administrative methods, that are apply to the subjects of trade activities (officials, workers) will be looked at separately in a way of analysis of Legal normative acts, such as Ukrainian Code “Administrative offences”.
