Essay

The dissertation deals with study of bacterial diseases of tomato and its activators in the open and closed ground in Ukraine. It is established that black bacterial spotted dominates in an open ground among bacterial diseases, and in closed - a bacterial cancer of a tomato and bacterial withering, the last is isolated for the first time in hothouses of Ukraine. The phytopathogenic bacteria isolated from amazed fabrics according to pathogenic, morphological, physiologic, biochemical properties and fatty-acid profile of cages are identical to the collection. For the first time the reliability of spectra of cellular fat acids is proved at X. campestris pv. vesicatoria, C. michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, R. solanacearum. Their structure is constant under different conditions cultivations, the parity between them varies only. The tolerant mutual relation between patogen in vitro is established. Patogeny are sensitive to epiphytic and endophytes saprotrophytic, especially to representatives of sort Bacillus. Among the last are isolated perspective cultures for the subsequent study in quality probiotic. The spectrum of action of the resolved pesticides concerning phytopathogenic bacteria is expanded. Effective are fyngycides (Efatol, Penkotseb, Ridomil Gold, Champion, Atsidan and Tattu), and also biophyngycide Mikosan B, herbicide (Yragan forte).
