As the result of a conducted scientific research the complex of organizational- economic measures as to the ensuring the proper motivation of the employees on a basis of further development and improvement of tariff system of labour payment was worked out. For the first time the flexible determination of the tariff rate of the first category was proposed, the complex tariff scale of employees' labour payment was developed. On a basis of analytical estimation of professional, businesslike and personal qualities of employees the methodical and practical recommendations of employees' tariff rates individualization were developed.
