Kolyadych O. Institutes of social labour relations in development of market economy of the second half of ХХ century

Dissertation is devoted to research of genesis of institutes of social labour relations in development of market economy of the second half of ХХ century. The low-governed nature and special features of formation and development the system of social labour relations in the structure of the market economic system, institutional subject and structure of social labour relations and such its institutes as social partnership and tripartism and employment are investigated in this thesis. Dissertation contains theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific task which appears in theory methodological ground of ways and directions of improvement and formation of development of social labour relations on the basis of civilization paradigm and application of institutional analysis. Such basic categories of institutional analysis, as an institute, institution, organization, transaction and task worker are analysed and methodological possibilities of their instrumental application in the research of institutes of social labour relations are grounded. This thesis is about cooperation of such subjects of social labour sphere as employer, hired worker and state, and also features of realization social mission by them. The features of social labour relations and planned directive systems of economy are investigated and also the necessity of market transformation of institutes of social labour relations is grounded in Ukraine.
