Object: organizationally-economic mechanism of ecologization of export-import operations. Purpose: development of theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions is in relation to forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of ecologization of export-import operations. Research methods: abstractly-logic and system-structural analysis; comparative analysis and grouping; factor analysis; economic-mathematical design; calculation-analytical. Novelty: scientifically methodical approach is developed to forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of ecologization of export-import operations, which is based on the use of indexes of ecological capacity of export-import commodity streams and introduction of the special ecological custom tariff in the system of the ecjlogicaly based adjusting of export-import operations. Object, level of implementation: economic relations which arise up in the process of ecologization of intercommunications between the subjects of foreign economic activity during realization of export-import operations.
