Essay

In this paper, the complex analysis of the clinical features of tuberculosis of brain meninges and the central nervous system in HIV-positive patients is carried out. The atypical forms of disease on the basis of clinical, immunological, laboratory and instrumental methods of research are described. The indexes of first CSF examination appear the predictors of disease result. The level of immunosuppression influences on the indexes of CSF in HIV-positive patients with tuberculosis of brain meninges and the central nervous system. In the result of multivariable analysis it is set that the most meaningful in determination of disease result is an aggregate of anamnesis factors: resistance to antimykobakterial medicine, timeliness of exposure of disease and negative dynamics at control roentgenologic or objective examination of patient.
