Janelidze T. Оptimizing treatment of diabetic polyneuropathy by ozonotheraphy method handwriting

The dissertation is devoted to clinical and pathogenetic substation of ozone therapy used at the patients with different forms of diabetic polyneuropathy based on the comparative study of the influence treatment with pharmaceuticals only and in combination with intravenous infusion of ozonized NaCI physiological solution (OPS)and infusion of ozono-oxygenic gas in plastic pack on clinical and neurological pattern, on function of peripheral nerves, on peripheral hemodinamics and reological blood disturbences. According to researches the patients had neuropathical complains by the measurement BRFS, the low temperature of foot skin, change of expression of TSS, NSS, the lack of muscle power, neuron impulse draining and peripheral hemodinamics and lowers the quality of life. It is stated that the mix of ozonotheraphy with medical theraphy impoves the clinico-neurological state of the patients, peripheral hemodinamics, reological blood disturbances, draining of impulse in peripheral nerve. For practical use methods of compex treatment by using medical theraphy and ozone therapy in case of intravenous infusion of ozonized NaCI physiological solution and infusion of ozono-oxygenic gas in plastic pack is suggested.
