Biriukov V. Legal regime of nominal share securities according to the legislation of Ukraine and Republic Poland (comparative aspect)

The dissertation represents an original scientific work. It contains a comprehensive analysis of the legal regime of nominal share securities. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of Polish legislation and doctrines in the sphere of nominal share securities, the similar collisions and shortcomings in Ukrainian legislation are being revealed. Nowadays, Ukraine is actively aspiring to integration with the EU institutions. The prior task for our state is the harmonization of national legislation with EU legislation. It is very useful to study the experience of UE members. Presently, the Republic of Poland has reached success on the way of integration to the European Union. Poland is one of the states having practice in coordination of national legislation with the European Union Legislation standards. The experience of this country could be successfully used by Ukraine, because both countries have common traditions in the Law Schools. Moreover, both legislation systems have a lot of common features. The choice of the Polish law on nominal shares securities to be a model for comparison with the domestic laws of Ukraine was made due to the fact that it is characterized by a high degree of development and systematization of legal regulations
