Utekhin I. Fulfilment of obligations as to the transfer of property into the ownership

Dissertation is devoted to the topical problems of fulfilment of obligations as to the transfer of property into the ownership. General principles about implementation of obligation and particular agreements (Paragraf 1 Issues 54 Civil code of Ukraine) are submitted for consideration in dissertation. The concept of fulfilment of obligation is formulated on the basis of analysis of national and foreign legislation, judicial practice and results of previous researches. The concept of this legal category has been showed. Fulfilment of obligation consists of realization actions of the sides, which correspond to the terms of contract and civil legislation. Fulfilment of obligation is fulfilment of duty and realization the rights according the agreement. Both sides reach the result that they had made arrangement before (getting things in a property, getting results, using services). The fulfilment of obligation is regarded in wide and narrow understanding, as fulfilment of obligation and as fulfilment of duty
