Complex research of features of settlement of ethno politic conflicts is carried out in dissertation. The features of forms and methods of settlement of ethno politic conflicts are shown in Ukraine. Analysis of concrete displays of conflict conduct in the field of ethno politic relations in societies with the different level of development, generalization in relation to the features of conflict situations allow to assert that for societies with the high level of development peculiar конфликтогенные factors of ethno politic conflicts of civilization-cultural character. But, in societies which experience transformation transformations dominant there are конфликтогенные factors of socio-economic plan. Also this analysis enabled to find out a certain paradox, related to modern practice of tolerance.
