Bilenko V. Regional leadership and his influence is on development of political competition

In dissertation first becoming and forming of regional leadership is system analyses in Ukraine, certainly sending of his influence to development of political competition. By an author outlined the stages, specific features and leading tendencies of regional leadership, as the phenomenon, process and phenomenon. The detailed analysis of experience of EU members is in-process given in relation to forming of potential political leaders for state administration of regional level, exposure and forming of leader qualities, and skills of administration. In-process grounded application of approach of the systems to the decision of role and ways of influence of regional leadership on motion of political competition, co-operation of these phenomena, which makes one of main aspects of functioning of the system of state administration, has a direct and mediated influence on the effective management of all branches of power activity.
