Klym O. Administrative and legal regulation of enterprising activity in Ukraine

The goal of the dissertation is the complete investigation of the administrative and legal regulation of the enterprising activity in Ukraine. The sources of scientific, normative and law information are presented in this paper. The content, the essence and the law confirmation of administrative and legal regulation of the enterprising activity are established by the author of the dissertation. The principles and functions of administrative and legal regulation of the enterprising activity, the conception of the relations between the administration and the enterprisers, the main characteristics and kinds of these relations are defined by the author of this scientific work. The author gives the recommendations to the legislation improvement in the scope of enterprising activity services, defines the real ways of legal support and administrative and legal responsibility in the development of enterprising relations and business in Ukraine.
