The dissertation deals with the methods of experimental investigation of direct microwave fields influence on modern microschemes, its resnets and their analysis, the basic position of electromagnetic fields interaction with microstructural elements of microscheme crystals. The results of theoretical investigation, in particular prognosis of microschemes endurance for different technologies and sizes of crystals were given. The experimental research of direct impulse microwave fields influence on microschemes was carried out in waveguide.
