Object - patients with wounds; purpose - to improve treatment outcomes in patients with wounds by developing new methods and parameters for objective assessment of the course of wound process and improve the integrated management of wounds, methods – general clinical, laboratory-biochemical, instrumental, vulnerological, statistical; the results - proved the feasibility and developed a new way to quantify the difficult wounds - a way vulnerometry; first proposed new vulnerological indicators for objective assessment of wounds; clarified typical patterns of change in the volume of wounds in the process of healing; proposed classification of the course of wound process, which provides for the allocation of time period, taking into account the clinical characteristics and use digital vulnerological criteria, first proposed a comprehensive approach to the formulation of objectives, which takes into account the biological characteristics of the wound healing process, the distribution of periods constellation parameters inherent in each period to examine the feasibility and efficacy of certain ointments taking into account their differential activity, designed a scheme of treatment of wounds, which provides differential use of different types of treatment programs for each period; branch – medicine.
