Object of research is process of functioning of the enterprises milkproductive subcomplex and a way of increase of its efficiency to market conditions. Research objective is working out of recommendations about organizational-economic maintenance of effective development regional milkproductive subcomplex in market conditions and scientific substantiation of ways of increase of economic efficiency of activity of manufacturers and overworks milk. Research methods: the system analysis, modelling, account-constructive, dialectic, comparisons, induction and deduction, sociometric, graphic, abstract-logic, expert appraisals, interrogation. The scientific basis of formation the complex analysis of results functioning milkproductive subcomplex is stated, tendencies and problems of production and milk realisation are revealed, the basic directions of development of a regional subcomplex are advanced. Conditions of processing of milk and dairy production in Khmelnitskaya area are shined and possibilities of increase in effective production, competitiveness and branch development are shown. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in a complex substantiation of economic directions of effective functioning of the dairy products subcomplex of Khmelnitskaya area in the conditions of the market. Results of research are used in practical activities of the enterprises and the organisations in the order regional state administration at formation and forecasting of interbranch mutual relations of subjects of the market of milk and dairy products. Scientific positions enrich an economic science new theoretical-methodical approaches concerning increase of economic efficiency of production and realisation of milk and dairy products in new conditions of managing, improve forms organizational-economic ties between subjects regional milkproductive subcomplex.
