Essay

Research object - first the diagnosed cо-infection tuberculosis/HIV. Purpose - increasing efficiency of treatment of patients with co-infection tuberculosis/HIV by the study of influencing of antiretroviral therapy on motion and results of medical treatment of patients Research methods are clinical, radiological, microbiological, immunological and statistical. Results - efficiency of medical treatment of patients is set with tuberculosis depending on HIV-status and expressed of immunodeficiency. It is set, that the increase of number of CD4+ lymphocytes after the intensive phase of chemotherapy is temporal, whereupon there is reduction of their quantity, especially quickly at persons with the expressed immunodeficiency. It is set, that antiretroviral therapy at patients with a cо-infection tuberculosis/HIV must be appointed on completion of intensive phase of medical treatment at the quantity of CD4+ lymphocytes < 100 cell/mcl and on completion of basic course of chemotherapy - at the level of CD4+ lymphocytes > 100 cell/mcl. The developed method of 2 component mode of the second chemoprevention tuberculosis allowed substantially to lower frequency of relapses of tuberculosis at the beginning of antiretroviral therapy at patients which successfully completed the basic course of chemotherapy.
