The dissertation is dedicated to the important problem of impact of anatomic abnormalities of precerebral Brain vessels and concomitant hemodynamic disorders on children's epilepsy course. There were developed the methods of pathologies correction for therapy results improvement - increase in cases of remission, reduction of treatment duration in a hospital, improvement of adaptation of a child, and the clinical and instrumental methods of diagnostics and pharmacologically correction of cerebrovascular disorders.
