Essay

This very dissertation is based on elaboration of diagnostic algorithms and optimizing treatment management with minimal invasive technologies employment and is devoted to the problems of improvements of the outcomes of surgical management of nonhydatid liver cyst. The evaluation of 127 inpatients' history cases between 2000 and 2007 p. with nonparasitic liver cyst. The laparoscopic surgery intervention in management of nonparasitic liver cyst enabled us to decreas time of postoperative hospital stay, the postoperative complication rate and more over allowed to improve long treatment outcomes including patient social recovery.
