Suprun A. Laparoscopic ovariectomy in complex treatment of patients with hormonedependant breast cancer

The research focuses on the problem of hormone-dependant breast cancer treatment policy improvement by means of complex treatment with laparoscopic ovariectomy. The main factors of psychoemotional state such as state anxiety and trait anxiety, asthenia and adaptation, uneasiness and depression have been studied. Short-term and remote results of complex treatment with laparoscopic ovariectomy of patients with hormone-dependant breast cancer have been investigated, the dynamics of psychoemotional disorders have been studied and methods of psychoemotinal disorders correction has been worked out. Clinical efficacy of complex treatment of patients with hormone-dependant breast cancer for operative measure on mammary gland with the usage of electrocoagulator EC 300-M1 (Paton's apparatus), laparoscopic ovariectomy and rational psychotherapy using the anxiolytic has been analysed. Clinical efficacy of the method of complex treatment with laparoscopic ovariectomy of patients with hormone-dependant breast cancer has been worked out, practically elaborated and analysed. The usage of the method favored the improvement of close and remote results of treatment.
