Slobodyanуk L. Economic-biological features of introduced varieties of apples in the intensive orchard of Right-bank Forest-steppe of Ukraine

An object of researches is economic-biological features of introduced varieties of apples in planting on a dwarf rootstock. The purpose of researches is to estimate and select the competitive introduced varieties of apples, suitable for the intensive planting on a dwarf rootstock. Methods of research are the field, laboratory, laboratory-field, mathematically-statistical. Theoretical and practical results - in the intensive planting on the rootstock of M. 9 according to the productivity and fruit quality, firmness to illnesses, vermin and unfavorable terms of environment are selected the varieties of apples of Wilmuta, Golden Delicious Reinders and Granny Smith and are set the coefficients of determination area of leaves on sprouts and lambourds, the methods of fruit tasting estimation is improved. Scientific novelty - for the first time for introduced varieties of apples the terms of phenophases passing and duration of vegetation are set, the force of trees growth, phytomass structure, biological potential of the productivity, drought- and winter resistance, firmness to illnesses, fruit marketability and closeness of garden-stuffs, maintenance of components of chemical composition, economic and power growing efficiency are defermined. Introduction degree was in agrocultural enterprise "Basys" of the Uman district and educational-scientifically production department and is used in teaching such courses as "Pomology" and "World agrotechnologies in gardening, vegetable-growing and viticulture" in Uman SAU. The sphere of the use is the industrial gardening, agrarian educational establishments.
