Yatsenko S. Administrative and legal measures of activity of a in authorities of internal affairs of Ukraine

n this thesis administrative and legal principles of the position of a in the authorities of internal affaires are studied, the theoretical and methodological providing of administrative activity of a senior official in the authorities of internal affaires of Ukraine is characterized, the meaning and the concept of administrative activity is disclosed, the requirements to the senior official as for the organizer of the administration in the authorities of internal affaires. The candidate for the degree has slated a number of conclusions and recommendations concerning the improvement of personnel work with a reserve for nomination of candidates for executive positions in the bodies of internal affaires and has studied the organizational and legal mechanism of formation of executive staff of the authorities of internal affaires. A special attention in die thesis is paid to the ascertainment of the role and place of the senior official in [he authorities of internal affaires as a subject of administrative law, his administrative and legal status and functions of the senior official in the authorities of internal affaires as a participant of administrative and legal relationships. Basing on the analysis of theoretical issues and studying of the practice of administrative activity of senior officials in the authorities of internal affaires the candidate for the degree made a conclusion that regulatory and regulatory support of administrative activity of the senior official in the authorities of internal affaires needs legal improvement in the form of making alterations and additions to current normative acts and adoption of the laws of Ukraine "About authorities of internal affaires of Ukraine" and "About service in authorities of internal affaires of Ukraine".
