Essay

The paper is devoted to the study of morphological and physiologo-biochemical feature of early ontogenesis of three mullet species. There have been discovered adaptations of Black Sea mullets to water of lower salinity, expressed which were as a decrease of size and specific gravity of eggs with simultaneous increase of their hybration and increase of the fatty drop relative volume. New data were obtained of the combined effect of ecological factors and different types of hormonal preparations on fish maturation and fish-breeding biological features of mullet eggs.
