Movchan T. The prognosis management models in the sphere of use and protection of land resources on the regional level

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement of theoretical and methodical basis of the system management of the use of the land resources in a region, the scientific justification of the structure, functions, methods of organization and development of regional models of the management in the sphere of the use and protection of the land resources, which will provide rational, effective and ecologically safe use of land. For the first time in the work a prognosis model has been developed in the sphere of use and protection of the land resources; the extended economical and mathematics model of optimization of land tenure of farms on the example of the Odessa region has been made. The methodical provision is improved in relation to determination of efficiency of the management in the field of use and protection of the land resources in a region in the context of complex influence of economic, ecological, social and organizational factors and system of agricultural land control is altered. The theoretical features of the management models and methods of application of existent land cadastre information have got further development.
