The main task of the work was the synthesis of new high-efficient and low-toxicity substances with potential diuretic, antioxidative, analgesic and antiinflammatory activity among neosynthesized 7-benzylxantines and their 8-replaced and also ascertainment of binding regularities between chemical structure and biological activity and also substances sampling for following in-depth pre-clinical testing.
