Essay

Dissertation is devoted research of wide circle of legal problems of administrative activity of organs of internal affairs in the field of counteraction illegal migration. A concept and signs of illegal migration, consisting of illegal migration of Ukraine and modern tendencies of counteraction this phenomenon, is found out on international and national levels. Normatively legal principles of administrative activity of organs of internal affairs are analysed in relation to counteraction illegal migration. Certainly directions of administrative activity of organs of internal affairs in relation to counteraction illegal migration and their maintenance is exposed.
