Tarasov A. Treatment and prophylaxis of climacteric disturbances at patients transferred a myocardial infarction.

Work is devoted to the decision of an actual problem of obstetrics and gynecology - to treatment of climacteric disturbances at women who have transferred a myocardial infarction owing to development and introduction of the treatment-and- prophylactic actions developed on the basis of studying of a clinical course of a climacteric and parameters hormonal - a metabolic homeostasis. It is established, that 91,7 % of women with a myocardial infarction suffer a climacteric syndrome which develops on a background of involutional depression of steroid function of ovaries. In structure of a climacteric syndrome vegeto-vascular and psychoemotional disturbances prevail. For the first time at the combined current of two pathologies the condition of protectively-adaptive mechanisms which is expressed in substantial increase of functional activity realizing stress systems and progressing depression of system against stress, depending on the period of current of a myocardial infarction is studied. Treatment-and-prophylactic actions on which background effective correction of climacteric disturbances and restoration of a hormonal homeostasis are developed and introduced occurs, that in turn improves current of a climacteric at these patients.
