This dissertation deals with a comprehensive study of the legal integration of the European Union Member - States' Contract Laws. In the Comparative Jurisprudence this process is named as Europeanization of the Contract Law. It has been proved that the legal science European Contract Law is a branch of the Comparative Jurisprudence and the International Private Law. A comparative legal method is a scientific Method of the European Contract Law. The Principles of European Contract Law and the Community acts (EU directives and Rome I Regulation) are investigated in more detail. We have come to the conclusions that the convergence of contract law is based on the general principles of law
