Object: a process of concordance of ecologic and economic interests of different-level subjects of the economic system in existent practice of administrative decisions acceptance. Purpose: the improvement of the theoretical and methodical approaches to the concordance of contradictory different-level ecologic and economic interests in the system of nature use management. Research methods and apparatus: method of logical generalization, scientific abstraction, system-structural analysis, comparative and statistical analysis, methods of economic and mathematic modeling and prognostication, graphic method, multidimensional statistical analysis. Novelty: the methodical and scientific approaches to the concordance of ecologic and economic interests at acceptance of administrative decisions is developed based on the index of "rate of efficiency of intertemporal resources allocation ", which is determined from correlation of the indexes of economic evaluation of ecological debt reduce factors and growth factors, resulted in time.
