Thesis is devoted to questions of increasing efficiency of reconstructive-recovery surgical treatment of patient with burn's consequences and patients with age-specific changes in skin on the face and neck. A technology of optimal usage of microcurrent therapy for preparation and recovery of damaged tissues during surgical treatment post burn reconvalescents and patient with age-specific changes in face and neck is experimentally proved and developed. The technology is based on three-time influence of microcurrents on an assumed zone of surgical operation and five-times influence on an area of traumatic injury starting from the first day of a post operation period. Usage of the developed technology of optimal usage of microcurrent therapy of reconstructive-recovery surgical treatment of post burn reconvalescents contributed to decreasing of ischemiacal complications frequency as during usage of traditional methods of restricted skin plastic as during dermotansion at 4 times. It guarantees a good functional and cosmetic result and contributes to decrease of frequency of appearance of pathologic scars in distant post operation period in 2.3 times. Usage of microcurrent therapy in before and post operation period patient with age-specific changes in face and neck allowed to realize prophylactic of ischemiacal complications and post operation edemas; to significant decreasing of pain syndromes; to decrease terms of existing ecchymosis in 2 times; increase efficiency and quality of the surgical treatment; to avoid possible complications in form of pathologic scar formation in a distant period.
