The object of research, public relations, from the activities of local authorities on medical support naseleniya.Tsel work is a scientific rationale, design and building of practical recommendations to implement an effective organizational and economic models for managing the population medical provision monofunctional cities in Ukraine. Methods Research complex scientific and special methods of research: a systematic approach taking into account the synergetic component, the method of questionnaire survey, the method of structural-functional modeling. Scientific novelty - in the first time a comprehensive study on the health of the population of cities of Ukraine-functional and structural analysis of the subjects of management of medical support of the population, the expediency of management reform medical support through the operation of non-governmental fund of compulsory medical insurance and medical deposit accounts, develop an organizational-economic management model medical support population monofunctional cities of Ukraine, the use of which provides the revitalization of local government with the public and causes a significant reduction in the overall level of morbidity in monofunctional cities of Ukraine.
