Essay

Dissertation is complex research of interparty and innerparty communication of Ukrainian parliamentary parties V and VI convocations. In work it is carried out theoretical basing and essence of "political communication" concept is analysed, essence of "party communication" concept is specified, present experience is extended and systematized in interpretation of "innerparty communication" and "interparty communication" concepts. The change of format of interparty and innerparty communication in Ukraine after introduction of the proportional electoral system and entry in an action of constitutional reform is shown.
