Essay

The system pharmacognostical study of raw materials of Burdock genus plants has been carried out and perspective species of raw materials have been determined. There is root of blank autumn, radical leaf and fruit of Burdock. 5 substances from root, 6 substances from leaf and 4 substances from fruit have been separated the first time. It has been proved that bushy extracts of root and leaf show anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial activity and positive action on cellular immunity.
