Yurchyshyna L. The management of the formation of the industrial stocks on the enterprises of the food industry

The theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and management of the industrial stocks on the enterprises of oil and dairy branches were examined in this dissertation and the detailed analysis was made. It was elaborated the classification of industrial stocks for the enterprises of oil branch, the peculiarities of the formation of them depending on raw materials, the influence of the internal and external environment and general conception was substantiated. The scientific and methodical approach to the process of formation of industrial stocks on the enterprises of food industry in view of the branch peculiarities of management was worked up. The introduction of this approach info the work of the enterprises will help to increase the efficacy of management of the industrial stocks, to reduce the expenditure for their formation and utilization and to make them in optimal economically substantiated amount which can make the process of production permanent and raise the competitive ability of the enterprise.
