The specific of employment contract's termination according to p. 2 art. 41 of the Code of labour laws is distinguished. Found out when the employment contract's terminated according to p. 2 art. 41 as a supplementary basis, the totality of these conditions should be taken into account: 1) service of cash, trademarks and cultural values as the content of the work of the employee; 2) proven guilty of actions that could cause harm or inflicted harm for employer; 3) loss of confidence by the employer to the employee. Analysed the legal safeguards and mechanisms for the protection of the rights of employee, which can be dismissed at p. 2. art. 41 of the labor code.
